FAQ

Whom do I speak to if I have a question relating to the contract, bond, registration or progress draws?

Our admin section is geared to provide you with all the necessary information regarding your contract, bond, registration, draws etc.

You can contact our office and direct your query to our competent admin staff.

Whom do I speak to regarding the building process (construction, finishes and changes)?

Each development has a dedicated Project Manager who is a shareholding director in TGP Construction. These Project Managers are dedicated to providing you with the best product and service possible.

Any queries regarding the building process can be directed to our office. These queries will then be passed on to the relevant project manager.

What is the purpose of the “Happy Letter”?

The Happy Letter is a document that you sign to confirm that the house has been built as per plan and that it is in a condition acceptable to you.

When is the house ready for occupation and when can I move in?

Once the house is totally completed, the building inspector will issue an “occupation certificate”. This means that the house is ready for occupation. Once all the financial commitments have been met, you will get possession.

How do I know that my house is going to be built correctly?

Throughout the building process there are numerous checks and balances that are carried out by TGP Construction, our engineers, the municipal building inspector, the bank and the NHBRC.

TGP Construction has many technical and quality checks that ensure that your house is of a high standard.

All building methods follow the National Building Regulations and NHBRC standards strictly. Any deviation by our service providers is always in favour of a better standard.
