Combined Developers is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to apply for the position of Project Manager to co-ordinate mainly housing developments, sectional title and residential type projects from installation of infrastructure, design co-ordination to final completion.
The purpose of the job is to ensure the successful delivery of the construction contracts through implementation and planning of the design, procurement and construction programs, operational strategies, sound commercial management and management of quality control procedures. Identify and manage risk.
Qualification(s) required: BSC / BTech or NDip in the Built Environment.
10 Years’ experience in the implementation of housing developments and projects, including sectional title and own / full title.
Business planning / budgeting processes.
Managing Clients and strategic partners.
Interact professionally with client and other stakeholders.
Lead and manage people in a deadline driven operational environment.
Experience and in depth knowledge of the design, procurement and construction of building projects. Should have the basic understanding of current contract documents, such as JBCC, PROCSA documents, GCC and Contract Law. Language: Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Permanent position. Salary dependent on experience.
